CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Warren serves as the public face of the company. He manages and oversees the complete operation of the business; ensuring that general operations run seamlessly as employees accomplish company goals. Warren leads by example. Not only does he provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership within the company, he can oftentimes be found working in the field and in customers' homes.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Robert works closely with the CEO to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. He actively contributes to the planning and implementation of company policies; while coordinating with managers and staff members to ensure that organizational goals are met. With over 12 years of experience in appliance service repair, Robert knows what it takes to get the job done. He is dedicated to being a hands-on manager and enjoys working in the field with his team.

SENIOR SERVICE TECH

Keith is responsible for diagnosing and providing appliance service and repair to our residential customers. With 12 years of experience in the field, Keith has an extensive knowledge of the latest technologies and developments in home appliances. His calm and patient demeanor has made him the ideal person to provide support and technical maintenance training to fellow apprentices looking to begin a career in appliance repair.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Shenia collaborates with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are complete and that the business functions efficiently. Shenia manages service calls and requests; and coordinates the scheduling of appointments and meetings.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Angel assists in the coordination of administrative functions; providing organizational support to our operations department. She works closely with management and other staff to identify supply needs; and oversees the procurement, storage and distribution of materials and parts.
