My AC is running like new

Keith from Appliance Angles came to the rescue when the washer of a washer and dryer combo stopped spinning. This appliance is in a rental property that I have. He found the issue with the washer immediately: there was a sock that was clogging the drain pipe. The sock belonged to my tenant. I've never had a sock clog the drain pipe of a washer before but Keith explained to me that he encounters this type of issue frequently. My experience with Appliance Angles was EXCELLENT! I will definitely contact them again if an appliance issue arises.

Warren arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my dryer and fixed it. He was very professional and cleaned out the lint in my dryer before leaving. I will definitely hire him again for any of my appliances that need repair.

Great service, responded and was on the job a couple hours after contact. Fast service my stove feels like brand new hotter than ever. On time and fair prices. If any other appliance malfunctions I will call him first.

I placed a request for appliance repair this past Friday. Warren, owner & experienced technician of Appliance Angels & Mechanicals responded immediately.

Fortunately, he was able to stop by on Saturday day to assess my appliance repair needs. After a careful evaluation, Warren informed me that my top load Samsung would need four balancing suspension rods and demonstrated that the drum was no longer stable which was the reason for my machine always stopping during cycles.

Warren was able to locate the rods locally & quoted me their cost plus his service fee which I thought were reasonable and I agreed to proceed.

He picked up the rods on Monday & called to confirm that he would be here on Tuesday.

Today is Tuesday and I just put a load of clothes into my newly fixed washing machine. I couldn't be more pleased! Thanks Warren!

Hands down a great experience. Extremely responsive to questions I had over the weekend, was on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem restoring function to my washer.

Warren immediately responded to my request and was able to schedule the same day to work on my broken dryer. He was courteous, making sure to ask about shoe covers and face masking. Warren was quickly able to look at several possible issues and inform me of the correct problem, offering a reasonable price. Most impressively, Warren had the necessary part on hand and was able to fully service the dryer in a matter of minutes.

Warren responded very quickly and was at my home first thing in the morning. He assessed the issue very quickly and had it resolved even faster. After seeing how proficient and knowledgeable he was with servicing the stove I mentioned I was having issues with my water heater. Something that other techs I reached out to said they couldn't get to for another day or so he fixed on the spot with no issue. Great customer service and saved me a lot of time. Without hesitation I'll be using him in the future.

Excellent analysis of an old washer. Estimated cost to repair was given. Not worth repairing so new washer has been ordered. Will definitely keep Warren in mind for repairs in future
